The sun's shining and my soul has rejuvenated. Sounds completely lame I know but for the past fortnight I have been locked in my room, studying. For anyone who doesn't know I'm in my final year of high school and was recently preparing for my trials which would explain the lack of personal style posts.
That's why for an outfit comeback, I opted for something uplifting and feminine. The grid cut out sleeves on this playsuit, thanks to Popcherry, is absolute darling and has a slight Lana Del Rey vibe. In such times when the details will speak for itself, a simple colour palette is best, in this case monochrome with pops of red and mint. Again, juxtaposition prevents you from crossing the line from feminine to juvenile cutesy as done so by these Windsor Smith white flatforms (with tassels). Like creepers, they're basically a love or hate but I'm already predicting them as my next summer staple ...
