Honestly speaking, I'm a bit of a health freak. My vegetarian diet is filled with quinoa, kale and maca powder, I eat sugar free substituted by lacuma. Typical day consists of power yoga, pilates and weighted hula hooping. Then my weekly doses of pole and ocean swims cannot be overlooked.

If all that sounded completely alien and overwhelming, good! It seems like having an exotic personal routine is now 'on trend'. I mean have you seen all that buzz around green smoothies? #masonjar

The problem is finding your own fitness and eating habits is quite distressful and time consuming. This is where HER FITNESS BOX comes in handy. It's a customized monthly box for $39.95/mnth packed with home workout cards, recipes, workout gear and trial sizes of the latest health crazes.

Founded by online fashion entrepreneur, Kath Purkis, who launched Her Fashion Box in 2013, HFB is a genius follow-up idea considering the sudden explosion of superfoods and funky workout hypes.

Recently attending the media launch, some people said the monthly goodies will help them stay motivated to be healthy while discovering new products. Others are looking forward to the fresh package sent to their doorstep every month. All valid reasons but no one mentioned that wealth of knowledge you get so you don't look like an idiot when people talk about the trending food hashtags ... granola, raw, cacao, coconut oil.

Aussie label, Minty Meets Munt has just been welcomed into the stylish strip of Paddington boutiques. Their store launch featured racks of the most whimsical, quirky and glamorous pieces.

If you've been following my blog, you'll know I have the biggest soft spot for sugary pastels and white lace. For the whole night, like a moth to a flame, I was drawn to the rack of heavenly goodness in the form of mint, lemon and ivory.
It was reminiscent of Louis Vuitton S/S 2012 ... the show where models were poised on a giant merry-go-round clothed in utmost femininity and innocence (HERE). The moment I saw that rack, I could hear the carousel doing its last round before Kate Moss steps onto the runway. I need to ask designer Ingrid Epitro whether that was her inspiration (and if I can borrow a sample for my next outfit shoot).

Floral for spring? Maybe not so groundbreaking but florals for winter are a must have. Weather is getting cold ... we're all finding it hard to roll out of bed so why not throw on a bright yellow knit with a sequin flower smack-bang in the middle? Yes I hear sunshine calling but I'll probably wear that jumper (seen in picture 3) around the house because it looks so goddamn comfortable.

I'll definitely be heading to her store next time I'm in Paddington but for now ... online it is! (shop Minty Meets Munt HERE).

There's something for the androgynous, gypsea, outrageous or elegant side to all of us. Appealing to so many different facets of personal style is what I love most about River Island. The UK store has just launched an Australian website (HERE) with collections that are in sync with our seasons (read: no more online shopping that sells bikini when it's freezing cold here in July).

I'm very glad to be a part of their Australian Launch taken place at a gorgeous spot in Rose Bay where the views are nearly as good as the clothes on show. The set up was superb where each trend was categorised into different racks. You've got the vintage vibes at the back, the flower bombs at the front and  the street style grunge somewhere in between. My favourite rack? It was all white and dripping with different textures ... embellishments, sporty mesh and lace.

However there's something to get even more exited about. River Island has collaborated with RiRi for an exclusive collection ... Rihanna for River Island (check it out HERE). I was told she was very hands on with this collection where she made most of the creative decisions. Don't know about you, but I would love to have something that was created from her talented brain.

Thank you The Arc Factory and River Island for having me!

When I think of plastic shoes, my mind immediately drifts towards the iconic Melissa. Known for their comfort, innovation and of course, their many collaborations with top designers ... see Vivienne Westwood, Jean Paul Gaultier, Gareth Pugh. Not to mention, they're eco friendly too as each shoe is created with a 'zero waste ethos' meaning 99.9% of factory water and waste are recycled.

Naturally, it was a no brainer for me to attend their new collection launch when I received an invite. This AW 2013 CINE collection is inspired by the 'art of motion picture'. It focuses on each golden age of cinema allowing the wearers to experience a particular mood from a different film period. Indeed a Melissa collection is not complete without a collab. This time, they invited Robert McGinnis, an American artist who designed some of the most well known posters of film history including Breakfast at Tiffany's and James Bond to create three signature images (see picture 1).

The 'Melissa Spikes', with its stick thin neon heel and spikes was definitely the night's stand out. What caught my eyes however were those glitter winged pumps projecting an innocent but daring vibe.

Just a shoutout to all the amazing staff in making the night a success and thank you for the invite.

Ever since Princess Polly Boutique propped up its adorable little pop up store in Sydney Westfield, I've been a loyal fan and follower. Now I'm probably just as excited as the gorgeous girls who work there to announce that they've opened up a legit store!

Luckily, I was already in the city for MBFWA and feeling like a professional photographer (which I am not) I popped down into the store and took some snaps. Call it a sad life, but I'm in that store so often that the girls kind of know me now. Although I must admit, it's always nice to be greeted warmly.

For those who don't know, Princess Polly stocks a whole concoction of Aussie and international labels including Mink Pink, Finders Keepers, Cameo, Fairground, Wildfox and a heap more! If you're planning to visit, do keep an eye out for the awesome jelly sandals and Lime Crime lipsticks.
