MBFFS: Backstage

At Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival Sydney, I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to go backstage ... twice. Since I applied for media, I had no idea what my seating was beforehand, so you can probably imagine my excitement when they told me I was 'Front row and Fabulous' for a day.
As you can probably see from the photos, backstage is pretty hectic. Everywhere you look there's artists, helpers, hair stylists, models, clothing, makeup, hairspray ...

    You are so lucky getting to do this! I end up missing NZFW because I have a bit of a travel conflict so sadly my first Fashion Week experience as a legal adult will have to wait another year I suppose :(

    I was there!! AHAHA Okay I wasn't backstage, but yeah I saw the show as well :) Tbh, as much as I love fashion, I was only there for the freebies. The Mercedes Benz USB thing was neat! I feel pretty gay actually, I was probably the only teenage guy there :L

      Oh nice! Hmm, I was at the Saturday 8:30pm one! I was sitting near the front, I don't think it was the front row and fabulous, but I did get a backstage tour?? It was guided though, did you get to walk around freely?? :)

      HAHA that's so smart! I actually misplaced the lid on mine somewhere D: But it's all good, my parents let me keep the second key to the car so either way I still have one? HAHAHA I actually leave it at home though, I don't want to get rolled by some lebs :P

      hmmm i don't think i was at the saturday 8:30 session, I was saturday 6pm :S
      oh backstage tours are amazing, I was also guided but I kinda lingered behind the group trying to take as many pictures as possible.
      did you go by yourself or with somebody?

      Yeah I can see the pictures. HAHAHA how are the freebies? I actually love the Maybelline baby lips lip balm :L Not the one that turns your lips a slight pink shade, but the plain one. It smells nice :) LOL I gave the other one to my mum.

      And the spring water looks expensive for some reason HAHA Acqua Panna or something :) I went with family friends!

      AHAHA yeah! I didn't actually realise the USB was.. well, a USB! I looked on the back of the box and noticed the 8gb and then it hit me! :D

      Hmm, I thought the spring water was... watery? HAHA okay that was lame. I thought it tasted.. I don't know, smoother maybe? It's so hard to describe water :L

      I really have no clue :L My family friend had tickets and offered to bring me cause we're pretty close :) HAHAHA tbh I wasn't going to go until she told me there were freebies??

      I thought it was just a pretty keyring! AHAHAHA I was like.. why on earth would they give me a Mercedes key keyring? Maybe to make me look rich? LOOOL yeah I'm retarded I know :P
